Hi, what is your go to ingredient in recipies that include butter, such as the yellow tomato pizza sauce. I assume olive oil :)? Love you post, as always.
Often I just use olive oil instead, a personal preference of mine! For example, the sauce recipe I will just increase the olive oil to 4 tbsp. When butter is really needed (pie crust etc), I think Miyoko's or Naturli are the best tasting non-dairy butters.
Do you have a recipe for the zucchini chickpea fritters?
