fennel and orange salad sounds sooooo good🥰 my menu for this week includes taco leftovers, butternut squash & cashew mac and cheese, and probably some sort of soup (i make your ‘kale + cabbage soup’ recipe all the time! and have shared it with many friends). the weather where i am has been so cold that the high of 29F today feels like spring. thank you for sharing! it is always inspiring. i’ve been following you since ~2017 but have only left a few comments over the years🩷

The cauliflower tacos look great but like a lot of work. Is it a big hassle?

They are definitely a bit of work but not horrible- they’re definitely not a 30 minute worknight kind of meal though. I’m sure there’s probably more streamlined recipes out there with less steps and dishes, but the kids helped me with them and they were fun and we enjoyed them! I cut up the cauliflower a few days ahead of time when I was preparing for the week, and that does make it seem less work! xx
